Welcome to Quito , the capital city of Ecuador . On arrival you will be greeted by your local tour manager at the airport and then we proceed to check into our hotel . Later dinner and overnight at the hotel .

02 Quito - Coca

Today after breakfast we checkout of our hotel and proceed to the to the airport to take the internal flight to Coca. On arrival we check into our lodge .Welcomed by the lodge staff and transfered by a canoe into the lodge . Next is a lunch basket. After settling into comfortable rooms with jungle views, you can participate in various activities, including a hike to an observation tower to watch wildlife and enjoy an Amazonian sunset, or a Kayak ride along the Napo River at sunset.

Later in the evening dinner and overnight at the lodge .

03 Amazon: Daily activities around the lodge

Today after breakfast we leave by motor canoe towards the Saladero de Loros in the Yasuní Biosphere Reserve . During the visit, you will be able to observe different species of parrots. Then, you hike the Parakeet Trail to observe up to 5 species of parrots, parakeets and macaws in the clay lick. The place also attracts mammals such as monkeys and jaguars. The morning ends with a visit to the Kury intercultural interpretation center Muyu , run by women from the community, where you will learn about Kichwa culture and buy handicrafts. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride along the Añangu Creek to observe wildlife. In the afternoon, board a catamaran on the Napo River to learn about the legends and traditional songs of the Kichwa community , while enjoying snacks roasted over a wood fire.

Later in the evening dinner and overnight at the lodge .

04 Amazon: Daily activities around the lodge

Today after breakfast we start the day by enjoying the sunrise over breakfast and visit sustainable community projects to learn about the Kichwa worldview . Explore the forest trails and observe the diversity of flora and fauna, including ceibas and monkeys. After lunch, take a stroll to the second observation tower to spot birds and other species. After lunch , in the afternoon, relax and enjoy a typical Amazonian dinner , with dishes such as maito and chontakuru ( roasted chonta worms). After dinner, take an exciting night walk to observe insects, reptiles and mammals active at night.

Later in the evening dinner and overnight at tthe lodge .

05 Coca - Quito

To end your stay with a perfect day, you can participate in the wayusada ritual early at 4:30 a.m., where Kichwa families share sacred wuayusa , passing on their ancient knowledge. You will discover traditional songs and, optionally, you can interpret your dreams with a mamakuna .

Then after breakfast we check out of our lovely lodge and proceed to El Coca airport in comfortable motor canoes , once again enjoying the scenery and with beautiful memories of the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest we board our departing flight to Quito . On arrrival in Quito , we are greeted by our local tour manager and then we proceed and check into our hotel .

Evening is at leisure and dinner and overnight at the hotel .
