Once , Artou Voyages receives your confirmation and booking form we will send you an invoice with deposit request for a booking amount of 15 % of the tour cost per person at the time of booking , 75 % of tour cost per person within 31 - 45 days prior to departure and 100 % of tour cost per person for 30 days and less than the date of departure .
If the client is willing or obliged to cancel or ammend their trip because of whatsoever reasons they must inform Artou Voyages by any means , allowing an acknowledgement of receipt . The date of receipt of the written notice will be taken into account for the invoicing of the cancellation fees .
For cacellations made upto 61 days or more prior to the date of depsarture there will be no cacellation fees .
For cancellations made between 60 - 46 days prior to the date of departure the cancellation fee will be 30 % of the tour cost .
For cancellations made between 45 - 31 days prior to the date of departure the cancellation fee will be 70 % of tour cost .
For cancellations made between 30 day or below from the date of departure the cancellation fee will be 100 % of tour cost .
