We favor places or menus that allow you to discover the vegetables, meat and other fish of our tropics, whether in a popular, family restaurant or at the table of chefs who revisit local recipes. Carts were used to transport coffee in the 19th century from hilly, difficult-to-access lands to the Pacific coast.
